How do I start selling my merchandise on BandJive.com?
A.
You can start by creating an account. Click the "not a member" link in the upper right hand corner to get set up with a username and password for your account. Once you're logged in to your "my bandjive" section you will have an option in the menu bar to "add/edit products". Click that option and the rest will walk you through the process of getting your goods online.
Q.
How do I know when i've sold something and where to send it?
A.
Every time you sell a product you'll receive an email informing you of the sale. The email will contain a link to your account login on BandJive.com. Once logged into your account click on the sales link and you'll be provided with an organized record of your sales. Click on the "details" link on the desired sale and you'll have the shipping information of the buyer so you know where to send your purchased merchandise.
Q.
How do I get paid once I have sold something?
A.
As soon as your product(s) have been purchased you will be informed of who bought what and where to send it and we'll be notified to send you your check and for how much.
- You will be notified through the email address you provided in the "seller payment info" section of your "my bandjive"
Q.
How do I create my music profile?
A.
Once you've created an account on BandJive you will be given a "profile" option located in your "my bandjive" section. By clicking that link you will be taken to your edit friendly profile. To view your profile as others would see it click on your username highlighted in red in your "my bandjive" greeting.
